Manifesto

Commercial teams are too valuable to be buried in admin.

Spend a day with a B2B commercial team and it becomes obvious.

These are the people who know the customers, the products and all the exceptions. Yet too much of their day goes into opening attachments, checking references, re-entering orders and chasing missing information.

Europe is full of mid-sized companies built on this kind of expertise. Helping these teams do more with what they already know is, to us, one of the most concrete ways AI can make European companies more competitive.

We believe AI can change these jobs for the better.

Giving more leverage to the people who hold this knowledge. Less time moving information around. More time advising customers, solving difficult problems, spotting opportunities and selling.

But real operations are complex. They are full of customer-specific terms, product rules, pricing logic, existing systems and exceptions.

That is why we start by learning how the work actually happens. We sit with the teams. We learn the rules and the exceptions.

Then we build agents that work with the tools already in place. Simple to use, easy to understand, with people in control when needed.

No theatre. No jargon. No pretending AI is magic.

We also know the bar for ROI is high — and it should be. AI is asking companies to change the way they work. It has to earn that change with measurable results. Making that value visible, quickly, is one of our obsessions.

That is why we start with order intake, where cost, service and revenue meet. Then we take on quotes, customer requests, follow-ups and opportunity detection.

One workflow at a time. Each one has to prove its value before we earn the right to do more.

Our goal is not to replace commercial expertise.
It is to make it more valuable.

Let agents handle more of the repetitive work. Let people spend more of their time where judgement, relationships and experience matter.

That is the AI we want to build for Europe’s mid-market.

Your emails, your ERP, your exceptions: we show the agents working, not on slides.

“Our day was roughly 60% order administration and 40% selling. We wanted to flip that.”
